Register for retaking the final exam
MA0914, MA1024, MA1054, MA1124, MA1154, MA1324 and MA1424

• Please fill out this online exam registration form if you wish to retake the MA914, 1024, 1054, 1124, 1154, 1324, or 1424 final exam.
• A confirmation page will be displayed after the successful registration that you can print out, and an e-mail will be sent to the address you give here soon after the registration. Keep this e-mail for further reference.
• If you want to retake the final, you have to register by May 12, 2008. After this date the exam registration will be closed.
• If you want to cancel your registration, you should send an email to cancelexam@yahoo.com before the exam with your name, ID, the name and date of the exam you want to cancel. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you before the exam.
